"All Aboard - Historic Railroad in Washington
Township"
WTHS (Washington Township Historical Society) will present a
program, "All Aboard - Historic Railroad in Washington
Township". The speaker is John Hemmings who has been a railroad
enthusiast for over 30 years. He is active in the Tri-State Railway
Historical Society, Metropolitan Railroad Club, the Friends of Heritage
Transportation Museum, and the WTHS.
John will discuss over 100 historic photographs and documents from the

1976.
The program will be presented at the WTHS Museum located at 6 Fairview Avenue
in the center of Long Valley. Digital
slides will be displayed on the Museum's new high definition large screen
monitor – made possible by a grant from the Morris County Heritage Commission.
Seating is limited in the Museum; the same program will be presented three
